Inspired People Work has a close-knit team of two people. If necessary, other process supervisors will be recruited. Below is a brief description of our team.
Niek van Duivenbooden
In essence, I have become a combination of a visionary, researcher, coach, trainer, facilitator and inspirer through all kinds of (scientific and personal) education and work experiences. From there I appeal to people to live their individuality on earth by guiding them on their versatility and the ability to push back frontiers.
It is my passion to guide people and teams to use their being to shape their own lives and work in connection with others aimed at restoring the Earth in all its facets. One form of work does not fit me and that is why I have set up several projects and companies.
I like to put what I have learned into practice straight away, which makes me Lead by Example as well. That is why I coach organisations and their employees. Another focus is to create impact in African countries by creating 'Synergy & Alignment' through our other company Trimpact. From our passion for films and our experience that certain films are inspiring and deserve to be watched more often, our webshop InspiratieFilms was created.
Jolande Pit
My passion is to re-member human beings of and empower people into who they essentially are. Within Inspired People Work I deliver the workshop Core Qualities together with Niek, and I work as a process facilitator for the Human Innovator section. In addition, I take care of the back-office of our webshop InspiratieFilms.
